Terms and Conditions of Covenant Courier & Transportation Services, LLC

Welcome to Covenant Courier & Transportation Services, LLC (“Covenant Courier”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to courier, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), and task-running services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions

Client: The individual or entity utilizing the services provided by Covenant Courier.

Service(s): Includes courier, NEMT, and task-running services offered by Covenant Courier.

Agreement: Refers to the contract formed by these Terms and any related documentation or agreements.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
3. Services Provided
3.1 Courier Services
Covenant Courier provides package delivery services for individuals and businesses. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 NEMT Services
Our NEMT services are for individuals who require transportation for medical appointments or procedures. We are not a substitute for emergency medical services.
3.3 Task-Running Services
Task-running services include errands and other personal assistance tasks. All tasks must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking

All services must be booked in advance.

Services are subject to availability.
4.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in service delays or cancellations.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Covenant Courier is not liable for:

Loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or accidents.

Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy

10. Termination
Covenant Courier reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.
11. Dispute Resolution
